The story behind PABELLON is very interesting and dates back to almost six years ago, when Karla and Helios were forced to leave their home country (Venezuela) and emigrate, leaving behind the family and professional career, looking for a brighter future. Since then, PABELLON has become more meaningful as it was not anymore only about great food but a story full of success, their origin’s pride and joy. In 2019 PABELLON won the top prize at the British Street Food awards and also the title of Best Sandwich in the United Kingdom. The weekly Waitrose Magazine has dedicated two entire articles to PABELLON followed by a third brief reference in an article about Arepas (Venezuelan Corn Sandwiches).


Our story does not stop there, we are ready for our next chapter. Continuously standardizing recipes, operational procedures and marketing tools, PABELLON is now ready to offer its innovative and unpreceded franchise model to those committed and passionate investors who want to join in increasing business while committed to adding value to their communities.
